Organic vs Non-Organic?
在 #自煮生活 中,盡可能都會選擇 Organic 有機的菜果,但老實講句,樣樣都買 Organic 真的是 Mission impossible, 一黎係價錢,二黎都唔係樣樣食材都買到有機。
於是上網 search,發現左每年The EWG's Shopper's Guide 都會發表 The Dirty Dozen & The Clean Fifteen 表示該食材既含農藥程度。
The Dirty Dozen, 就係 12 種含農藥最高既 produce (可怕既係原來係 after washed and peeled ),所以呢類食材我會嚴守「best to buy organic 」,個人既話冇 organic 就寧願唔買。

而 The Clean Fifteen 就剛剛同 Dirty Dozen 相反,係 12 種含農藥最少既 produce, 呢 d 我就會價錢岩又買到Organic 就買,買唔到我亦唔會堅持要 Organic, 屬於 「save money and buy these non-organic」。

雖然 EWG 都有寫以上既 information 係只作參考,但個人經驗中,有左呢個 list 係選購食材時真係幫左好大忙,亦慳左唔少 $。
